Our The company is in Melfi (Basilicata) and has been specializing in the cultivation of durum wheat for several generations. Over the years we have identified some varieties which, when mixed together, give us excellent technological indexes on semolina.

For this reason for some years we have decided to transform our. durum wheat and to obtain semolina and re-milled semolina from it. From the semolina obtained with mechanical milling in cylinders with different passages, we are able to obtain "calibrated" semolina (excellent as it has an average large grain size) which ensures an excellent pasta and its high digestibility. Pasta, therefore 100% Italian, or rather 100% Southern Italy (Southern Italy is the best microclimate in the world for producing durum wheat) and we are proud of this.

Craftsmanship, bronze drawing, slow drying at low temperatures and yellowness that does not degrade, make it special, an excellent product both in cooking and in taste.

We are also in partnership with the De Piccolellis farm which in 2018 designed and built an intensive olive grove in the countryside of Giffoni Valle Piana (Sa). The intent is to offer the market a high quality Evo oil, taking advantage of the excellent location (not far from the sea of Salerno) and the particularities that newly introduced varieties can offer, including the Fs17-favolosa cultivar, the Don Carlo , to which we add the Coratina and Cima di Melfi varieties that we grow in a centuries-old olive grove in the countryside of Melfi.

They are suitable for cultivation in rows, improving the yield of cultivation and harvesting. They are both early and late varieties which enhance the taste with characteristics of fruitiness, color and acidity indicative of an excellent Italian extra virgin olive oil.

The distribution of the oil, milled in the local oil mill, takes place in 5 and 3 liter tanks as well as in 750, 500, 250 ml bottles.

The commercial target is mainly the attentive consumer and quality catering.
