Also known as sea asparagus, salicornia is a typical plant of the Mediterranean and of the Apulian areas. In particular, our glasswort grows on the shores of Lake Lesina. Flavored with spices and EVO oil, it is an excellent accompaniment to mixed salads, omelettes, soups and sauces, to season first and second courses.
